Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Esparza Home Services offers carpentry, ranch work, snow and ice removal, weed removal, gardening, landscaping, water heater installation, plumbing, and general handyman services.

2. Free Estimates

We provide free estimates based on initial assessments. Final pricing may vary depending on actual work conditions, materials required, or unforeseen issues.

3. Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or prior job requirements.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and other agreed payment methods. Late payments may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6.Responsibilities (Customer Responsibilities)

Clients must:

Provide safe and clear access to the work area

Ensure pets and children are secured

Inform us of any known issues or hazards before work begins

7. Materials

Materials may be provided by either the client or EsparzaHome Services, depending on the agreement. Material costs will be included in the estimate if provided by us.

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, EsparzaHome Services is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Hidden structural or plumbing issues

Damage caused by factors beyond our control

9. Warranty

We strive for high-quality work. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of service completion. Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be discussed per project.

10. Service Area

We provide services in the Glenwood, Colorado area and within a 40-mile radius.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
